items in stock will be shipped within 5 days
if an item is not in stock, it will be made to order which can take up to 4 weeks. If you need your item on a specific date you can chat with me online or send an email to info@hethoutlokaal.com to check the possibilities.

easy to order
ordering at het_houtlokaal is easy. Just browse the collection and place your favourite item in the shopping cart. Then follow the steps as they appear on the screen. By ordering and purchasing items from our website you agree with our terms and conditions.

safe to pay
all items available online can be paid by using IDEAL and are safely processed by Mollie. Prices are in Euros, including 21% VAT but excluding shipping costs. Though het_houtlokaal strives to display the right prices on its website, errors may occur. If so, we will contact you. Especially with shipment overseas we always have to check for actual pricing.

pick it up or receive it at home
all items can be send to an address of your choice and we use track & trace to follow the parcel while on it's way to you. If you would like us to send your products insured, choose 'by recorded delivery'. Picking up your order at het_houtlokaal in Rotterdam is of course free of charge.

shipping 
after completion of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Items that are in stock will be processed and send to you within 5 days. When an item is not in stock it will be made to order. This will naturally take a little longer and we will let you know beforehand the expected date of shipment.
